- What happens if I exceed my event limit?
- New events are blocked until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Existing events stay visible in your dashboard.
- How does billing work?
- Pro is billed monthly through Paddle. Paddle acts as merchant of record — they handle payment, tax, and invoices. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- Pro may include a trial period at checkout when offered. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no credit card required.
